As a Unilock contractor, we offer a 5-year warranty on craftsmanship.
We install the pavers to Unilock Specs, giving the proper base and grade for each paver project. We also provide a rigid brick edging to keep the pavers from moving, and to keep the sand from leaving the joints. You don't have to worry about weeds in your patio, we use a Polymer sand, which adheres to itself and the pavers to keep weeds from penetrating the joints.
A home that is properly landscaped can add 15% to the value of your house. Using the right design with attractive pavers can add great appeal, too, specifically to the accent areas, screen areas, and areas around your pool, unlike the 4-foot wide band of cement that you see surrounding many pools.
