We needed to have a our lawn repaired after removal of 27 large trees that left the lawn with deep ruts making the yard unusable. After three attempts with other contractors we used Angie’s List and met with Tom from Environmental Design and knew immediately we had found the right contractor for our project. They expertly installed: two patios, a curved versa block wall, fire pit, planted shrubs and Ginkgo trees and relocated perennials. Tom graded our yard for proper drainage and seeded a new lawn. Tom is a pleasure to work with he is flexible on design changes and had the confidence and equipment to complete our project in a timely manner.
I love my new Patio! Tom was professional, very accomadating and patient while I tried to find the pavers I wanted. He returned messages quickly, arrived on time for the estimates as well as for the work being performed and did a great a job on the patio. He even did another small job for me that I had not thought to ask about unil the day of the installation. Prices I felt were reasonable. I hope to use him again in the future when I am able to expand the patio.
We hired Environmental Design for a massive landscape job in our backyard. we knew from the first estimate that this was the company for us. Tom came in with a great plan and vision, he was on top of any changes that had to be made for reasons out of our control. The end project was a beautiful pool deck,outdoor kitchen, fire pit and landscaping the accents everything with landscape lighting.
Tom and his crew arrived early and finished the project 2 days ahead of schedule. His work is amazing, and he is meticulous with his stone work. His price is fair, and you won’t sacrifice quality for the budget friendly project.
Excellent work from the hard-working two man team, including Tom. The entire job took less than two days. We love the new look of our house! We would call them back without any hesitation. Environmental Design drew up a landscaping plan and presented us with a realistic outcome and plan for our review along with a price quote. All of our overgrown foundation plants were taken out. New beds were made and new plants, including a tree were planted. Beds were mulched.
After having three different estimates, we decided to proceed with Tom and his company. Tom was, and continues to be, extremely responsive to questions and any issues before, during, and after the work was completed. The work was expertly done and exceeded our expectations. After completion of the job, there is a drainage issue i’m having. Tom has already been out to help solve the problem and told me to contact him if the problem persists. Just excellent service. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future landscaping needs.
We used Environmental Design and Landscaping for a paver patio in our backyard and were thrilled with the result! Environmental Design & Landscaping did a great job on our patio project. Tom was on-site everyday. He came up with good design ideas for our space. He and his helpers worked quickly and were very skilled. His company did a fantastic job with clean up when the project was completed. He was also very responsive when we asked him to come back and handle addition work relating to the project. We recommended him to our son at his home and the results were equally great. It went very good he did everything he said he would . He met all cost and timeline promises. We would recommend Toms work. We had new landscaping done , bushes as well as trees. We also had paver walkway and our driveway bordered with pavers .
Tom did an outstanding job in every way. The patio looks great! As requested, he included a darker design stone around the perimeter of the entire patio. His price was reasonable. He showed up as scheduled. The project was done quickly and efficiently. An area once filled with weeds and debris is now a beautiful inlaid patio, with foundation. Thank you Tom!
